About Me
While my love language is paint, paper, glue, and a little glitter, I spent nearly 15 years in public service at the U.S. Department of State, managing conduct issues and helping employees navigate conflict with fairness, care, and compassion. This work was meaningful and brought me joy. I had the privilege of working with brilliant minds spanning several administrations. These colleagues and I were always adapting to shifting priorities and leadership styles.
Then came July 2025. The position that had brought me joy for so many years was eliminated as part of massive government layoffs. So now what? While disheartened by this unexpected change, I am ready to turn lemons into lemonade - or perhaps a stained shirt in a custom graphic tee.
I am looking to turn my lifelong love of artistic expression into a career - combining the professional skills I’ve gained over a decade and a half of public service with the creative design skills I’ve developed throughout my life to benefit an organization I will be proud to join.
