About Me
While my love language is paint, paper, glue, and a little glitter, I have spent nearly 15 years in public service at the U.S. Department of State, managing conduct issues and helping employees navigate conflict with fairness, care, and compassion. This work is meaningful and brings me joy. I have the privilege of working with brilliant minds spanning several administrations.
Then came July 2025. The position that had brought me joy for so many years was eliminated as part of massive government layoffs. In Sept 2025, in a surprise twist, the Department rescinded my layoff. So now what? For now, while disheartened by these unexpected changes, I’m finding reprieve in this space, turning lemons into lemonade - or perhaps a stained shirt in a custom graphic tee.
I’d love to to blend my lifelong love of artistic expression with my career - combining the professional skills I’ve gained over a decade and a half of public service with the creative design skills I’ve developed throughout my life. The future remains uncertain, and I am fueled by the opportunities!
